The National Partnership for Library Development

The National Partnership for Library Development is a group of about 100 significant individuals who are advisors to and advocates for the program, examples include:
- Speaker of the European Parliament
- An Oscar-winning director
- A Nobel prize author
- Wives of the president and speaker of Parliament
- Former Deputy Prime Minister
- Former Minister of the Economy
- Two former Ministers of Labor;
- Minister who is head of the Team of Strategic Advisors to the Prime Minister
- Vice Minister of Education
- Vice Minister of the Interior and Administration
- Vice Minister of Culture
- The head of the union of banks
- Editor-in-chief of the number one opinion weekly magazine
- Directors of various library-related groups, such as the conference of provincial library directors and the Polish Librarians Association
- Several directors of the nation’s largest development NGOs
